    KUNSTHALLE HAMBURG

    "Entfesselte Natur"

     

    Exhibition dates: 29th of June 2018 - 14th of October 2018

     

    Works by Wenzel Hollar (1607–1677), Jan Asselijn (1610–1652), Johann Wolfgang Goethe (1749–1832), Caspar David Friedrich (1774–1840), Théodore Géricault (1791–1824), John Martin (1789–1854), Martin Kippenberger (1953–1997), Christian Jankowski (*1968), Julius von Bismarck (*1983) und Uta Schotten (*1972). In addition to works from the collections of the Hamburger Kunsthalle, there are also central loans from renowned museums and collections, including the Louvre and the Musée d'Orsay in Paris, the National Gallery and the Victoria and Albert Museum in London, the Swedish National Museum in Stockholm and the Kunsthaus Zurich.

    The exhibition will be accompanied by a richly illustrated catalog presenting all the exhibits in individual commentary
